The 2020 International Conference on computer vision and data mining(ICCVDM 2020) is scheduled to be held in Xi'an during August 14 to 16, 2020. The ICCVDM 2020 will be held simultaneously with the online conference. Those who are unable to attend the offline conference temporarily can participate in the conference through online form. The guidance for online participation is detailed below.

一、报到注册

签到时间：8月14日下午13:00-17:00（如来不及14日签到，请联系会议负责余老师告知15日早上8点半前直接到会场注册签到）

二、会议召开

会议时间：2020年8月14日-16日【注：受疫情影响本次会议不安排学术考察，16日为自由行，组委会无安排活动】

会议地点：西安金磐酒店-6楼会议厅（尚德厅）

酒店地址：西安市未央区凤城九路39号

三、会议用餐

① 有订房的参会者使用酒店提供的早餐，用餐时间为07:00-09:00；

② 已缴费或现场缴费的参会者由组委会免费提供15号午餐及晚餐，无缴费的其余随行人员自行询问酒店用餐情况。

四、海报展示

组委会将统一制作打印海报并粘贴在会场，目前现场海报展示名额已满，如有新增将在会议官网进行展示。

五、缴费事项

投稿论文中，每篇已被录用并缴费的文章可安排一名作者免费参会；其余参会人员应交参会费1200元/人。
